Incorporated in 1938, Bridger Valley Electric Association is a locally owned and operated electric cooperative serving southwestern Wyoming and northeastern Utah. As a Touchstone Energy® Partner, BVEA provides safe, reliable, and affordable electric energy to its member-owners.
BVEA serves communities including Lyman, Mountain View, Manila, and surrounding areas across two states. Members enjoy electricity rates below the national average, and as owners of the cooperative, they have a direct voice in how it is governed. Excess margins are returned to members in the form of capital credits.
As a member of Deseret Power, Bridger Valley Electric obtains all of its wholesale power through the cooperative, benefiting from Deseret's vertically integrated generation and transmission infrastructure and consistently competitive rates.

Dixie Power is an electric cooperative providing electric utility services to approximately 35,000 meters in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. With offices in Beryl, Flowell, and St. George, Dixie Power's mission is to build trust by equitably serving its members and communities with safe, reliable, affordable energy.
Dixie Power endorses cooperative core values of integrity, accountability, innovation, and commitment to community. Member programs include EV charger rebates, smart thermostat rebates, solar access through Dixie Solar, and the Co-op Connections® discount program.

Garkane Energy Cooperative serves all or parts of six counties in South-Central Utah and two counties in North-Central Arizona. Operating across a rural area rich in tourism and natural beauty, Garkane serves four national parks, two national monuments, a national recreation area, three national forests, and considerable BLM lands.
With over 15,000 members across a 16,000-square-mile service territory, Garkane is one of the most geographically expansive cooperatives in the region. The cooperative emphasizes community involvement, member ownership, and sustainable energy solutions.

Moon Lake Electric Association has been powering its community since 1938, serving members across northeastern Utah and northwestern Colorado. MLEA provides electrical services within Wasatch, Duchesne, Uintah, and Daggett counties in Utah, and extends into Rio Blanco, Moffat, and Garfield counties in Colorado.
With over 13,400 members across a 7,337-square-mile service area, MLEA is committed to community engagement through programs like scholarships and youth leadership challenges. As a member-owned cooperative, excess margins are returned to members as capital credits.

Mt. Wheeler Power
Mt. Wheeler Power was incorporated in 1963 and energized its system in 1972, famously filling what the Rural Electrification Administration called "the last great power desert in the continental United States." Based in Ely, Nevada, the cooperative provides electric service to 4,600 accounts spanning seven counties across Nevada and Utah.
Mt. Wheeler Power serves an expansive 16,000-square-mile territory across White Pine County and parts of Eureka, Nye, and Elko counties in Nevada, as well as three counties in western Utah. The cooperative is committed to providing members with safe, reliable, and equitable energy services.
